We use the information you submit to assess your enquiry, determine whether a coordination desk, investor-attraction program or market-entry coordination is an appropriate structure, prepare a scoped written proposal, and communicate with you about your request.

During an active engagement, we use information to deliver the agreed scope — including coordinating vetted local professionals and specialist firms who perform workstreams on your behalf.

Investment plans, site information, sector strategy and expansion timelines are commercially sensitive. Institutional and corporate enquiries are handled under confidentiality by our coordination team.

We do not publish, sell or trade enquiry information. Where an engagement requires a formal confidentiality agreement, we will enter into one.

We disclose information only as needed to deliver your engagement or as required by law. This may include ecosystem specialist firms and vetted local professionals coordinated as part of your scope, and service providers who support our own operations such as hosting and email.

Parties who receive information in order to deliver an engagement are subject to confidentiality obligations. We do not disclose your information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your request, and engagement records for as long as required to deliver the engagement and to meet our legal, accounting and professional obligations afterwards. Records no longer needed are deleted or anonymized.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle, including access controls limiting enquiry information to the coordination team and personnel delivering your engagement. FDI Desk operates across multiple jurisdictions and coordinates professionals in the markets our destination desks cover. Your information may therefore be processed in a country other than your own. Where we transfer information internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistently with this policy.
