These terms govern your use of the FDI Desk website and the information presented on it. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

FDI Desk is a private institutional investment-coordination platform. We establish and operate International Investment Coordination Desks, deliver investor-attraction programs, develop investor pipelines, and coordinate market entry for companies and investors.

FDI Desk is not a government agency, investment-promotion authority, or public body. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as an official government communication, incentive award, or regulatory approval.

Content on this site describes our services and the markets we coordinate in. It is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, regulatory or investment advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice specific to your circumstances.

Engagements are established only through a separate written proposal or agreement executed by both parties, which governs scope, deliverables, reporting, duration, fees and confidentiality. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the executed engagement documents prevail.

Investment attraction and market entry depend on factors outside our control, including investor decisions, capital availability, regulatory processes, political conditions and market cycles. We do not guarantee that any program will result in a specified volume of investor interest, any particular conversion, or any specific investment outcome.

Where deliverables, targets or reporting commitments apply, they are defined in the executed engagement documents.

Delivery may involve specialist firms and vetted local professionals coordinated by FDI Desk. Regulated services — including legal, tax, accounting and licensed real estate services — are provided by those independent professionals under their own engagement terms and professional responsibility, not by FDI Desk.

We coordinate those workstreams and hold accountability for coordination. We do not assume the professional liability of independent advisors, and references to ecosystem brands or partners on this site do not constitute a recommendation of any specific firm for your circumstances.

The FDI Desk name, logo, site content, program structures, frameworks and materials are the property of FDI Desk or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without prior written permission. Deliverables produced during an engagement are governed by the executed engagement documents.

This site may link to third-party websites, including ecosystem brands and partner organizations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FDI Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, or for lost profits, lost opportunity or lost data, arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the executed engagement documents.

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date below indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
